The Service is provided to help you analyze your Google Analytics traffic data to identify traffic from potentially unauthorized domains. You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and the Google Analytics Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on the information provided by the Service.
To use the Service, you must authenticate with a Google account. You grant the service permission to access your Google Analytics data on a read-only basis. You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account credentials. You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The analysis provided is for informational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided by the Service.
You expressly understand and agree that the developers of Traffic Sentry shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by this reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
